Greenerfield is a US company that began when two brothers saw opportunities in the arbitrage markets. What started as a part-time endeavor has sprouted into a passionate team doing work around the world. We are an idea and innovation company. We find new products, ideas, or new ways of doing things and test, fail or succeed and adjust. We feel that by helping our team members become the best versions of themselves both in and outside of work, we can create meaningful positive change.

Our perks are chosen with an aim to reflect our values and ideals and we have put a lot of thought into how we can best support our employees. We recognize that in order to truly get the best from our people, we need to support them to be healthy, happy and well-rested individuals. We greatly prioritize our employees’ happiness and our perks and benefits reflect that.

We recognize that in order to truly get the best from our people, we need to support them to be healthy and happy. Therefore, we provide private health insurance. This is an added benefit after working for the company for 3 months.

Our wellbeing program includes $50 per week coverage for mental health therapy as an added benefit after working for the company for 3 months.

We are a fully-remote company and most of our staff work from home. However, we understand that everyone’s situation is different with home situations and distractions. Therefore, if you would like to work in a coworking space, we will cover the cost. It can be either 1 or 5 days a week. We want you to work in an environment that works best for you.

All staff are welcome to come forward with any suggestions they may have regarding courses, training, certificates, workshops or conferences that would help them progress in their roles and that would benefit the company.

We offer paid daily 30 minutes during work hours for self care (reading, exercise, meditation etc).

We all care about having a healthy lifestyle and want to promote sport and exercise. That’s why we provide FitPass to our staff.

Team Outings

Day out in Belgrade

During Covid it’s been hard to get everyone together.  We decided to have a fun day out, hire a photographer and enjoy food, conversation fun and great photos of the team

GF travel adventures

The photos from our team members’ travel adventures funded by our company speak louder than words. We want all our team members to have an opportunity to see the world and spend time on what matters most – experiences. Paris, Vienna, Barcelona, Valencia, Zurich, Grindelwald and skiing for the first time in Zlatibor were some of our team members’ travel adventures and we look forward to new ones in the future.

Horse riding

Hanging out with these beautiful animals is always a special experience. Our company is all about creating new experiences for our team members and for most of us, this was the first time we had ridden a horse. So much fun!

Paint and sip class

We had an absolute blast exploring our creative side and learning how to paint while drinking great wine in the paint and sip class. And we all got to keep our ‘works of art’ as a souvenir.

Visit to NYC

Tomas wanted to visit NYC and we were able to use credit card points to help him get here.  Unknown to his girlfriend at the time he would propose to her on the roof below that very night.  It was great to spend time with Tomas and give him an amazing NYC experience. 

Escape Room

We often find time to get the whole team involved in a game of mario kart or a fun online board game.  However nothing beats a surprise break from work to prevent a nuclear explosion and build relationships.

Sushi Night

Nothing brings people together like food and new experiences.  For a lot of the team it was their first time trying Sushi.  We try to get the team out for celebrations of reaching goals, to say thank you, or just for a fun surprise.
